Tonight's class was very enjoyable Brian taught the class effective verbal and non verbal ways of communication, listening, hearing and active listening. He also taught us how to apply the three tactical communication strategies which are Bonding, Purpose and resolution. At the end of the class Brian made the class adventure around campus and just talk to people who were sitting around, this was an excellent way to practice communication skill I look forward to next class.
